Over two decades of that career was spent inside one of the world's largest technology companies, where he rose from enterprise sales to directing global customer success strategy for AI and productivity platforms across APAC and worldwide. He managed multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolios, built high-performing teams across nine countries, and earned repeated recognition for both sales excellence and people leadership.
His last corporate role — driving enterprise AI adoption at global scale — revealed a pattern he couldn't ignore: organizations were investing heavily in AI but failing to connect it to business outcomes. The technology worked. The adoption models didn't. And the traditional consulting model — built for long-cycle, waterfall delivery — wasn't structured to close that gap.
